The link provided takes me to the CrossBow NAV440 IMU instrument driver, perhaps this is a typo? Don't you mean here instead?

A student team at Berkeley wrote a driver for the Robotis Dynamixel AX-12 actuators, which are not included in the above driver. The project was posted to http://decibel.ni.com/content/docs/DOC-12909 .
Looks like this is for a desktop system? How do I control a dynamixel using an NI sbRIO? Any tips?
