Text formatting in VI description dialog

Add italic and underline to the supported text formats (only bold at this time) for the VI description (--> context help of VI).

 

Integrate the VI description in the long awaited icon editor (see this post), so we can edit the icon and the description in one step. Doing so, spare us to type characters like "<B>" and "</B>" by providing formatting buttons !

I'm also sick of the <B>   </B>.  Maybe add the B,I,U buttons to the VI description dialog.

Hard to believe this has not been done 12 years later. If you can process <B> markup, how hard would it be to process <i> and <ul> markup too? This is why I dropped my LabVIEW subscription years ago - they made very few impactful changes with each update. I still remember when they were touting a new LabVIEW desktop icon as a big enhancement. Really, NI???
