SubVI Shortcut

Status: Already Implemented

This is already possible by either:

1. Launching the edit menu with Alt-E then pressing the 'S' key for Create SubVI, or

2. Setting a custom keyboard shortcut for Create SubVI in Tools > Options > Menu Shortcuts.

I hope it would help.

When create a subvi, can easy to do with press shortcut key such as Ctrl+Shift+V, instead of struggling to select from edit list.

If you prefer using the keyboard instead of the mouse you can also press <Alt+E> to select the edit menu, then press an S to select the item "Create SubVI".

You can add keyboard shortcuts for any menu item you want using Tools>>Options>>Menu Shortcuts settings. If you want a shortcut for Create SubVI, you can set it as shown below.
