I use in all projects autopopulating folders to get a clear structure of my projects.
But sometimes it is necessary to rearrange the folder structure if a project
is growing in size and number of SubVIs and folders over the time.
Rename a VI is easy within a project and the name will be changes in all calling VIs.
Suggestion: Allow rename of a autopopulating folder. It would a great step forward for the
usability for the project explorer.
