Pinning the pallet

In my opinion, it's worth adding the option to pin the drop-down palette in the pop-up menu. It may look like this.

It's actually been posted several times as a duplicate. It's one of those ideas that I personally really wish would happen, but just never gets priority with everything else competing against it. It's on that edge where people keep saying, "Yeah, it would be nice, but if it takes time, I'd rather have _____."
