Pan (Hand Tool) Mapped to Middle Mouse Button.

Simply put, click and hold middle mouse should use the pan tool, as opposed to duplicating left click functionality. This should be trivially easy to implement, as opposed to the universally desired zoom function.

 

User-configurable input mapping would be nice in general.
