Make Open VI Reference return 'This VI' refnum for clones

Hi,

 

In this thread we discuss among other things the fact that we supposedly weren't meant to be able to get a new VI refnum to reentrant clones by using the Open VI Reference primitive. NI apparently says this is a bad idea although it's (currently) possible.

 

Instead of that functionality going missing sometime in the future I propose that the Open VI Reference primitive simply returns the clone's 'This VI' refnum when you point it at a clone.
