Front Panel Controls and Indicators Inside Diagram Disable Structure should automatically be changed to Disabled and Grayed.

The property "Enable state" for FP Controls and Indicators that are placed inside a Diagram Disable Structure (on the BD) should automatically be changed to "Disabled & grayed".

In the same way, it should be set to its original state (pre disabling) when the Control or Indicator is then changed back to enabled on the BD. 

As it is now, the control or indicator is still enabled on FP even if it is placed in a Disable structure, but changing its value does not effect anything (since it is disabled in code).
