Channel wire right-click

When right-clicking an existing channel wire, the only channel option is to create a Channel Reader.  I'd find it helpful to be able to easily create a Channel Writer directly as well, working backwards to the data input.

When the dialog comes up, there's a button in the dialog to switch over to the other direction. Does that suffice?

Would you believe I never noticed that button!  Yes, that is sufficient for what I need.

You can click the 'Switch Read/Write' button in the Select Channel Endpoint dialog to change the direction of the created channel endpoint.
