Allow zooming on the block diagram.

I think it would be great to allow zooming out on a block diagram. I know we should make all attempts to code on the available window space without scrolling but it's not practical in some situations.

Why do geeks think Halloween and Christmas occur on the same day?
Because 31oct = 25dec!

Zoom has been suggested many times.  Here here here and here. I think the last two were more for front panel, but you get the idea.
