Add "polar" display format option for complex numeric controls and indicators (and constants)

A complex number can be displayed as Re / Im or as r / theta.

Sadly, complex controls / indicators / block diagram constants can only display as Re / Im

It would be very nice if they could also be set to display r / theta without having to do something like this :
