Add Antialias support in picture control

Dany (below) requested support for alpha channel in picture control (I strongly agree with that). I also want support for drawing antialiased object (line, rectangle, circle, arc, ...).

Additionally, improve the performance of the picture control rendering will be greatly appreciated.

Yes.  I recently added some very useful displays for our product using the picture control, but without antialiasing they just don't look professional enough to include in the customer-facing displays.  I'm going to have to pass the code over to our C-sharp team and have them recreate the displays.

One thing I forgot to mentioned:

This improvement (antialias) should be done natively (for better performance).
