IP Builder 2014 is part of LabVIEW FPGA Module 2014. There is no separate installer for FPGA IP Builder. It's available when LabVIEW FPGA Module 2014 is installed.
Thanks for the information! I have problem to import VHDL code in myrio application Do you have some functioning sample to link me? Thanks much.
LabVIEW FPGA has two mechanisms for integrating VHDL: CLIP and IPIN
They have different execution models. Code inserted into an IPIN runs
within the context of the LabVIEW FPGA generated VHDL code. It can share
clocks and synchronization with code written in LabVIEW FPGA. VHDL
inserted into a CLIP runs parallel to the LabVIEW FPGA generated VHDL. It
can use its own clocks.
This paper will explain more:
This paper has examples for both.

Thanks Jaidev, can you attach a compatible vhdl file? I need it to test the procedure to import it in CLIP. Do you know if I can use matlab hdl coder to generate vhdl file?
Thanks in advance,
