We are currently in need of Senior SCADA Engineer to be based in Bahrain. The main purpose of the position is to be able to handle the installation, Modifications and maintenance of the SCADA System and PLC. He will be responsible for the overall project by heading the contract team and shall be reporting directly to the Ministry Engineer. Ideal Candidate should be technically competent in SCADA programing , PLC Interface and programming (Schneider/ABB/Siemens), trouble shooting, Modifications and the current systems. Have experience in Water and waste water treatment plants is added advantage. Holder of a Degree in Electronic/Computer Science / Electrical or equivalent. Must have a strong site and customer management skills. Ability to Manage a team of technicians and monitor Maintenance schedule. Ability to execute maintenance contracts with good understanding on the Preventive Maintenance, shutdown and breakdown procedures; Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and in speaking and convey complex information in an easily understood format. With a minimum of 4-8 yrs. of hands on experience in SCADA/PLC systems, in engineering or Maintenance.Must have an experience in National Instruments Lab view/Look out SCADA and have National Instrument certification.
