Hi, I have NI PXIe-7858R it was working fine until external hardware device produced little more current than usual(which was input to the card on connector 1). I know it has over current protection but after that DIOs are not working fine. I performed two test I generated constant High signal and square waveform from card but it was not correctly generated as seen on oscilloscope.( I repeat the same step from another card PXIe7856R it works fine so code for testing is verified) Before performing these tests I checked all wires. I observed that signal is trying to reach high level again but some inner circuitry is preventing that which results in clipping and amplitude reduction of signal after some interval. I also ran calibration steps (provided by NI on "calibration procedure NI R Series" document) but still no success. I was thinking to update firmware but couldn't find that for PXIe 7858 on NI website. It will be very useful if any help in this regard.
PS: I am trying to submit Repair request from Service Request Manager but from is unable to submit it generates this error "An unhandled fault has occurred in this flow. An unhandled fault has occurred while processing the flow. Please contact your system administrator for more information."
