Command mode for HIH Series on Honeywell HumidIcon

Hi guys,

i'm working with the sensor HIH8000 to measure Humidity and Temperature. 

But my problem is i can not enter Command Mode. It is said: Command mode can only be entered before 3ms or 10ms Command Window expired( right after power on). I don't know how to get into this 3 or 10ms Command Window.

Maybe You can find helpful information in this datasheet. There are information about Using Command Mode since 10 point (page 24).
