I have been running a series on this topic in the main discussion forums, but one of my coworkers suggested I cross-link here to get more feedback. The basic premise is that it would be nice to have a unified method of reading and writing from files in LabVIEW. Objects provide a good starting point. At the moment, the project is in the planning stages. I have attempted to start writing code a couple of times, but kept running into roadblocks due to lack of planning.
