Definitely possible - just use the New VI Object VI and wire the Path input with the path to your VI you'd like to drop. (Path is for subVIs, Style is for functions built into LabVIEW, like Add)

OK  that works

One more question

The input (vi object class ) at  the NEW VI Object what is the best ?

right now I have Generic but this is OK but not the best I think

I saw some where a constant like subvi but I have no idea how to create

You can just click on the Generic constant you have and navigate to the type you'd like. You might want to your subVIs at GObjects, Nodes, or SubVIs (each of these is a more specific type)
