     I have  question Is this possible to create a web server in any of Ni cFp or cRIO and that can be view from remote site ?

Hello,

Yes it is possible through LabVIEW Remote Panels.  Remote panels serve to connect to a program that is already deployed on the target.  You can control or view the Front Panel of the program running on a Real-Time controller by connecting remotely to the target's IP.
