oscilloscope (tds420a missing vi)

Hello All,

I am using tektronix tds420A oscilloscope.And i have  also download drivers for this oscilloscope but when i try to open in instrument drivers it showing some missing vi.I have attached screen shot of this.please help me to find out solution for this problem.

Please don't attach proprietary file formats. It seems there is a problem with the mnu file pointing to to the functions in tktdsxxx.llb. One way to fix it is to go to Tools>Advanced>Edit Palette Set. You can browse to the palettes with the missing items and do an Insert>VIs to select the VIs in the llb and then delete the icons with the question mark.

probably installed the instrument driver one level too deep, Depending on how you unzipped the file.

I installed the driver using the 'Find Instrument Drivers' option and saw the same thing.

The palettes have been updated to include VIs from the tktdsxxx.llb
