mouse position to a specified location

Dear all,

In my application, the mouse pointer should be moved to a specific location (say 515, 425) where some buttons like OK or cancel will be residing and then automatically the mouse pointer should click that button on that place. Also when that particular button was pressed, a signal high or low should be sent to the USB supply pin.  Am using LV 8.5.

Thanks for your valuable suggestions,

Mathan

Hai,
That post really helped a lot. thanks. and by the way with the help of that mouse click action, say if we press the button a high signal 5v should be sent to the USB supply pin and if we press the same button or in case some other button a low value or 0v should be sent to the USB supply pin. How to achieve this.

Please give ur valuable suggestion asap.

Thanks,
Mathan.

As far as I know, you can't control the USB power supply (you've been given this answer before) and you should not want to. Do you want ot disable all USB connections (mouse, keyboard, etc.)?

Hai Dennis,

Thanks for ur continuous help. Actually am involved in a product testing(smart card readers connected to USB port).

In my project i have to do USB Compliance test. In that test, actually some 15 tests were running continuously with the help of an application called USBCV13.exe. In that test, for alternative tests the device(Smart card reader connected to the device) needs to be switched on/off. (Hope its understandable that the device acquires power from USB). As of now we have controlled via VB application and some hardware setup(Using FET's to generate mouse clicks). Now i have to implement this in Labview.

Hope my problem is well understandable now. For alternate tests, i need the device connected to the USB gets ON/OFF.

Support me with your valuable suggestions.

Thanks & Regards,

Mathan.

And also one more query adding to the previous question.

When one particular test was over a window will appear telling the status of the test and also a OK button will be there. Since we have to make the test automatic, the OK button should be pressed automatically. I have succeeded in bringing the cursor to the appropriate position where the OK button resides. How can i simulate the mouse click action over that button. kindly help me out.

Earlier reply was much appreciated.
