Is there a way to set privileges in MAX so that user can only access the test panels??  I just want to allow someone to use the DMM softpanel and relay test panel in max as a troubleshooting aid.  Just afraid of the damage one can do if they start messing around in other menu items.

MAX is based on Windows user privileges. That means that you will be able to create Limited Windows users and consequently some MAX features will be disable for them. Check out the document linked below for more information about the features that won’t be available for limited users.

Just create a shortcut to NI DMM SFP on the desktop.  They don't need MAX to open a SFP
