We appologize for the inconvenience, however your linux distribution,Vine Linux, is not supported under National Instruments.

I was able to find following NI-VISA driver as below .
NI-VISA 5.0 - Linux, SUSE, RedHat
Plese have a look at the readme.txt. It said that NI-VISA 5.0 for Linux has been tested on the following distributions.
Red Hat Enterprise Linux WS 4
Red Hat Enterprise Linux Desktop + Workstation 5
Red Hat Enterprise Linux Desktop + Workstation 5 x64 32-bit User-Mode
openSUSE 11.1
openSUSE 11.2
Scientific Linux 5.x
