keithley 2401

hi all, do anyone have Keithley 2401 SMU LV drivers to read Voltage vs time and current vs time.It is not there in either labview instrument drivers or keithey webpage.

Thank you for your reply..As of now i dont know the rate of readings to measure and there will option to give time stamp.If i have that VI i can use accordingly to my use.

This example is for the Keithley 2450, but you use it to learn what you need to do to build your own version for the Keithley 2401.  The 2401 driver will have all the same functions you can use to build the same codes suitable for your needs.
