Hi ehsanbehr...,

what have you done? Did you try it with the shipped examples (Basic Serial Read and Write.vi)? Can you communicate over hyperterminal with your device?

Mike is right.Once ur able to establish a connection and communicate using the hyperterminal then it means u r doing an error in lv.Try hyperterminal first to make sure it is  abt lv.

Are you are able to query the device for its device identifier? If you can *IDN? the device, then you can communicate. Also, try and use VISA test panels to determine what is taking place in the communication stream. One more thing to check is to make sure your baud rates are correct. Also, performing a loopback test can determine if everything is functioning properly.
