Hi

I am going to develop an User interface application that consists of 13 to 14 buttons (each button has to communicate with an instrument like analyzer,oscilloscope,power supply...).Among these controls 10 buttons has to deal with acticve X web browser component and rest with GPIB interface.previously i have worked on state machine programming and i am quite new to event driven programming.By seeing the forums i came to know that we need to follow event driven programming for these type of applications.So can any one suggest me any design techniques to start up..can attach any related sample vis.
