The adress (or visa resource descriptor) looks strange indeed. The bus-Number(first number after pxi) should be 1 normally, it counts up automatically, if you have more buses in one system, for example in a 18 Slot chassis you would find three busses 1,2,3 with 6 slots each.
An idea would be to switch of the system, remove the board, start the system without the board, then go to the measuement and automation explorer and identify your controller and chassis again (right-click on PXI-System under Devices and Interfaces, and choose "Identify as", after that continue to identify the chassis in the same way). After that power doown your system, and plug the board back in.
