conflict b/W pci-8430/8 and pci-8431/4

I intalled NI PCI-8430/8 and PCI-8431/4 in my system having windows xp operating system. driver is used from the CDs shipped wiht card . when i use the diagnostic utility it say test fail for RS 485 ports .
 
i tried uninstalling and installing the drivers but it didnt work.
 
Please guide.

Hi Digvijay,

What was this diagnostic utility that you used?

Could you tell me what version of the NI Serial drivers you have? You can go to Measurement & Automation Explorer > Software > NI-Serial. On the right pane you will find the version number.
