I'm trying to measure the resistance of device I made using 4282A. Function is R-X mode, and I'm trying to measure its resistance. But when I change the frequency, the resistance of device also change. What is the reason of this phenomenon? Can you explain in detail to me?

You did not describe the "device" you made, but if it contains any kind of circuit (e.g. filtering or similar), the resistance will be frequency dependent, of course.

If the measured resistance varies with frequency, then it means that the device is not a purely resistive device. In real life, almost every resistor has L and C components accompanying it.
