Where to find Device Drivers for PCI-8430/2 and PCI-GPIB

I have an XP (SP3) machine, 32 bit. Installed NI-VISA 5.4.0 but no driver. It listed two "Simple Communication Controllers" with no drivers. Where can I find the drivers?

Found NI-serial for PCI-8430/2. As for GPIB: "National Instruments has removed NI-488.2 17.0 and earlier from the NI-488.2 Download Page. If you require an earlier version of the NI-488.2 driver, please reach out to NI Support to request for the specific driver version."
