Ultimately using NI-488 card with C# programs

I would like to control a NI-488 GPIB PCMCIA card with a C# program. 

I started with trying to follow these instructions:

After several attempts at installing VISA 5.2 and 5.3 I do not see the pieces I should include in my C# project session as references.

Anyone have some code examples of C# programs controlling GPIB instruments?  Anyone have suggestions on how I make National Instruments options available in the C# programming GUI?

Referencing a local drive "C:" doesn't give me a location of the examples.  I tried searching on the National Instruments site for anything remotely similar to your suggestion.  A URL would be nice.
