Hello again!

I started capturing with Ni-Spy and then in MAX I scanned for instruments.

The result of this capture is attached below.

To me, the capture looks like what I get when I have no instruments at all connected to my controller. I'm out of ideas. Maybe Thorlabs will get back to you soon or someone else here will have an idea. Sorry.

Hello again!

After contacting with Thorlabs we concluded that the device had a problem with the GPIB communication, so it was sent back to repair.
