Temperature measurement USB6343

I'm measuring the cooling of a metal part with 4 type K thermocouples connected to the USB-6343 in the SignalExpress software, the signal registered oscillates too much, hence the temperature measurements have noise. I don´t know if it's a configuration problem or electrical noise. Any recommendation to avoid this oscillation problem?

A few questions:

1. I did not note any information about this device handling thermocouples.  Does it?
2. How does it do CJC compensation?
3. How often are you requesting samples?  Depending on impedance and sampling rate will determine the LSB sampling error.

For the CJC compensation, we are setting a constant temperature of 25 °C, the sampling is every  0.1 s. We´re using SignalExpress.
