Source for Driver chips SN75160 and SN75161

We own relatively old equipment, once in a while we have issues where our GPIB driver chips fail, either due to static or another misbehaving device.

I am looking for a low MOQ source for the SN75160 and SN75161 driver chips. Or if any of you guys have stock. There may be variants other than SN which will do.

I am looking for about 10 of each.

Looks like Digi-Key has these in stock and there is no MOQ.

Cheers, I got what I needed.

Bought 10 of each @ £1.04 from DigiKey
However, handling was £10 and shipping £12
no VAT added. So the cost per chip was just over £2. Not so bad.
