Phase noise measurement with Agilent E4440A

Hi Dr. Li,

Would you mind updating to the latest version of the firmware for the PSA series?  The latest verion is A11.21, and I have included the link below.  An update to the firmware might resolve the issue.

Our driver was built given the guidance from Agilent's manual.  If your firmware is current and we still see the problem, then we will have to contact Agilent on our end and notify them of the modification they will need to make to either their firmware, manual, or both.

I have updated the firmware of my PSA to the latest version A11.21. with my test, I still need add :RES in between.
