PCI-GPIB in VISTA RC1

Trying to install drivers for PCI-GPIB+ card in Windows VISTA RC1. At some point the installation gives an arror about missing dlls. If I continue, I can force windows to recognize the driver, however it won't boot after restart. If I remove the driver, everything works fine.

Does anybody have Labview 8 with GPIB card working under Windows Vista RC1?

Hi, we are currently working on adding VISTA support for the next GPIB (NI-488.2 driver) release.  We will have a beta program that you can enroll in.  I will ask our beta coordinator to post the information on this thread when it is available.  Thanks for your patience.

Thanks. I would definitely be interested in participating in Beta testing. I run about 8 computers with NI PCI-GPIB cards and plan to upgrade them for Vista.

You may now request to participate in the NI-488.2 for Windows Beta Program by visiting the NI Beta Program Resource Center. The beta driver is not yet available, but beta program participants will be notified as soon as it is available.
