Not detecting GPIB port

Hi,

          I am using Labview 7.1 VERSION. I have a code which uses GPIB configurations. But when I try to run this program, I find that the system is not detecting the GPIB ports.I tried changing the GPIB cables connectin gthe Computer to LCR meter .But still I am not able to detect the same.Can anyone suggest how to sresolve thsi issue. I am sending the Labview code herwith for your reference. Please help me debug the problem , I am midst of time crucnh for project completion.

You didn't include a couple of the subVIs. You need to create an application distribution and save everything into an llb. First though, can you detect the instrument in MAX? Right click the GPIB board listed and select Scan for Instruments. The meter should be detected if the GPIB board and instrumetn are configured correctly. Also, take note of the address if the meter is successfully detected. Report back what that is. What kind of GPIB controller are you using and what version of NI-GPIB software.
