NI-VISA communication with Klinger MC2

Hello, 

I'm trying to connect my laptop and Klinger MC2 by using GPIB-usb cable.

In NI-VISA, the instrument only can work well for "write" commend, but can't work for "query" and "read" commends. Does anyone know how can I fix it?

Verify the termination character used for query commands and GPIB settings.

Any settings on the instrument that are required to allow it to be controlled over GPIB. Please share a snippet of the GPIB settings you're using and a copy of the instrument's programmer manual.

Does the instrument come with any example program to control it over GPIB? did it come with LabVIEW drivers? do those work?
