Hi All,

Does anyone know whether NI USB-8452 can interface to +5V I2C circuit without any changes?

According to the data sheet/manual, the I2C pins can accept up to 5.5V.  So as long as the voltages don't go 10% too high, you should be fine.  You will need to supply your own pull-ups for those lines.
