NI-MAX communication with Keysight E5810B LAN / GPIB / USB gateway

Hello

We have E5810B LAN / GPIB / USB Keysight gateway When we use their soft keysight connection expert 2020.

We can see all the equipment plugged in and used.

But when we do not connect to NI-MAX, we only detect the GPIB port (TCPIP0 :: xxxxx :: gpib0,8 :: INSTR). the usb and com ports are invisible.

Is there a specific driver to install?

Did you enabled NI-VISA Passport for Tulip or set NI Visa as Primary?

• Using Both NI GPIB and Keysight HPIB Controllers in the Same System

• After Installing 3rd Party VISA Software NI VISA No Longer Works
