NI-MAX Shows GPIB-USB-HS adaptor that does not exist

Good morning, 

I am using a NI GPIB-USB-HS to connect an instrument to my PC. However, when I open NI-MAX, I see two GPIB-USB-HS connected, even though I have only one. If I unplug the (only) one that is connected, one of the two devices disappear from Ni-MAX, but the other remains. 
I tried to remove it from the Device page of windows, but upon restarting the PC it appears again.

Someone can help me with this?

Hello, 

Not sure if you have already resolved this issue, but you can reset the configuration data in NI MAX. Just go to Tools >> Reset configuration data, and this should remove the duplicate device.
