I want to know if the software drivers ( NI-845x 18.0 ) is 32-bit or 64-bit and if it is 32-bit that means some features won't be found.

I think it is both.  At least, it works just fine on my 64-bit OS with LabVIEW 32-bit.  There should be full feature set in both.  At least I have not found any limitations.
