NI-488.2 no download possible

NI referred me to the NI community. I have a GPIB-USB-B and a GPIB-USB-HS device.
To switch from Win 7 to Win 10 I need the driver Ver 17.6, unfortunately I can't download it from the NI site, nothing happens! What am I doing wrong

I got this link from NI, no function

In that link select the correct file. The lowest one is 17.6 in the select window when you click on the version.

If I set everything correctly and press the DOWNLOAD button, it turns green and nothing happens?

Can you provide a similar link for someone trying to download the Windows 18.0 Full 32-bit English driver? I'm having the same problem; when I input my download preferences, the download button does not take me to a download page.
