NI-488.2 Driver Software for DOS and Windows 3.1

I have legacy computer is running with dos and windows 3.1.

I am looking GPIB driver for this. Please share if you have the driver.

Hello,

i am currently trying to restore an old test stand with NI AT-GPIB/TNT card running on DOS 6.22 and windows 95 C at my university. Unfortunately any drivers are lost. Therefore i am very interested on the posted drivers for DOS and win3x. How can i access this link. When clicking on it i just see a file browser without option for downloading them. What i am doing wrong?

The HTTP gateway works. The FTP addresses won't work in any modern browser anymore as they all removed FTP functionality completely as being an insecure protocol.

You still can browse FTP server addresses though by using a real FTP capable application such as WinSCP.

Hey Guys,

first at all, thank you for your replies! I tested the link and got the required files using the browser. I also tested the link with filezilla via ftp connection but when i used my NI account i didn't get access. Any idea just for information?

FTP servers often did not require any credentials for read only access of non secured parts. The normal way to login to them is through anonymous access. Some FTP programs have an explicit selection for that, for others you need to use “anonymous” as user name and either an empty password or “anonymous” as password. But yes this is really legacy information that you do not want to bother your brain cells with nowadays. 😀
