I was experimenting in real-time and using AO Channel 02 of PCI 6341. It was working fine but suddenly I got some error and the voltage at the output of the channel went to a constant value of 13.3V.
I performed a self-calibration test it failed.
Then I used DAQ Diagnostic Utility and it showed me that my AO is functioning properly.
How to solve this problem?
And why does this kind of problem occur?

Can you please provide the error code/message that you got?

I didn't get any error at that time, but when I went to NI MAx >> Devices and interfaces and wanted to do self-calibration I got the following error

Looks like you damaged the analog output somehow. Seems like you’ll have to contact NI technical support to arrange a RMA so they can repair it.

I agree with Rolf. It seems like the output doesn't function properly. Please contact NI Support.
