Hi Gibran,

If the device is behaving in an unexpected way, it is possible the driver is not being used as the developer intended, or it is incompatible with your device.  Since we have determined via a loopback test that you can successfully send serial commands, it would seem likely the problem is with the driver use, specific to what commands are being sent to your device.  To better understand the driver, I would recommend looking at the software reference provided by Eurotherm, and dig into the LabVIEW code of the driver software to see what commands are being sent.
