MAX cannot detect instruments in Virtual Mode Win XP

Using LV 8.6 in Windows XP Mode - Virtual PC, NI MAX cannot detect instruments. 

NI GPIB-USB-HS cannot be detected by MAX in Virtual PC-Windows XP Mode. No issues when using MAX with LV 2012 in Win 7.

In Windos XP Mode, the following drivers are listed under  Accesories\System Tools\System Information\Hardware Resources\Components\USB  

USB Virtualization Bus Driver VPCBUS\{B121F44D-56B6-4302-9961-C79B1B4719A5}\5&17F183C7&0&{B121F44D-56B6-4302-9961-C79B1B4719A5}

USB Virtualization Hub Driver VMUSB\HUB\6&129B3EEF&0
