Linkam Hotstage T96

I am using LINK AM hotstage T 96,for this there is no serial port, how can i connect with labview.I have asked linkam people, they send a VI but it is not working.I tried connecting by using USB port.

I am getting an error:1073807174 unexpected descriptor type (expected USB_STRING_DESCRIPTOR).I have contacted LINKAM help,they sent VI but those are not workingam getting error:1073807174 unexpected descriptor type (expected USB_STRING_DESCRIPTOR).Waiting for your great help

I am using T 96 too, and I ran into the same problem as you. Can you share the VI from Linkam with me? I will be appreciate for your help.
