I am encountering an issue when connecting a Lakeshore 211 instrument with a serial connection to my current test equipment. Once I make a pc connection, I encounter with a err 05 that goes away if I disconnect the GPIB to USB cable. Seems like Lakeshore doesn't like it. Is there a driver that I need to install so both connections can be present at the same time? Or maybe a configuration setting that I need to implement? What I have tried doesn't seem to work. My GPIB to USB is reading two power meters. Thanks
