The best scenario is if you can upgrade your version of LabVIEW to the latest version available. You can purchase the upgrade online by visiting the NI Product Catalog at http://www.ni.com/catalog/, select the Measurement and Automation Software category under Products and Services. Once you click on LabVIEW, you will see the link to upgrade to LabVIEW 6i. Here is the direct link:

With the upgrade, you will be able to open the full instrument driver library for the TDS 30xx as well as any other VI on our web site.
If you cannot upgrade at this time, you might want to try the file attached to this message. I saved the top level VI to version 5.0, but I can't guarantee that it will work after the co
nversion.
